UMCo50  is Cobalt-based alloy  that can withstand various types of wear, corrosion and high temperature oxidation. It uses cobalt as the main component and contains a considerable amount of nickel, chromium, tungsten and a small amount of molybdenum, niobium, tantalum, Alloying elements such as titanium, lanthanum, and occasionally also contain iron alloys.it is particularly suitable for applications that require not only oxidation resistance, but also a certain high temperature strength, but also thermal corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and wear resistance. In a sulfur-containing oxidizing atmosphere, it has very good thermal corrosion resistance to heavy oil or other fuel combustion product media, and is widely used in coal chemical nozzle nozzles.

Why UMCo50 ?

• Anti-corrosion in dilute sulfuric acid and boiling nitric acid, rapid corrosion in hydrochloric acid.

• It has stronger oxidation resistance than 25Cr-20Ni in the air to 1200°C.

• When sulfur-containing oil is used as fuel, it has high corrosion resistance in sulfur oxide environment.

• Anti-corrosion of molten copper, but rapid corrosion of molten aluminum.
