ErNiCu-7 Based Material is Monel 400 and Monel K500, This welding wire is mainly used for welding MONEL400 alloy, MONELR404 alloy and MOENLK-500 alloy by tungsten inert-gas welding, MGW and submerged arc welding, and can also be used for surfacing steel surface welding by MGW and submerged arc welding.
It is recommended to use the Erni-1 nickel wire cover for specific gas welding conditions.

• No Preheat required, maximum interpass temperature 150℃ and no PwHT required
• Dissimilar welding applications include joining alloys to Nickel 200 and copper-nickel alloys-
• Widely used in marine applications because of its good resistance to the corrosive effects of seawater and brackish waters
• Can be used for MIG overlay on steel after a first layer with nickel 208
