Maraging C350 is alloy Contain 18.5%Ni, 12%Co,4.8%Mo , Cobalt as the primary strengthening agent. A relatively soft but tough material, its readily machined and formed. The Maraging C350 aging process raises the hardness to a level above average toughness for most tooling applications. C350 has excellent mechanical properties, workability and heat treatment characteristics.

The alloy is very tough, relatively soft (RC 30/35), readily machined or formed. Maraging provides a high value for critical parts in aerospace, structural, component and tooling applications
1.High yield and ultimate tensile strengths
2.High toughness, ductility and impact strengths with high fatigue strength and compressive strength
3.Hardness and wear resistance sufficient for many tooling applications
4.Readily formed – cold, warm, hot (w/o in process anneals)
5.Good weldability w/o preheating or post heating and excellent plishability
High value for critical parts in aerospace, structural, component and tooling applications.wind tunnel models, landing gear components, missile and rocket motor cases, high performance shafting, gears, and fasteners.
