ERNiCrMo-3 (N06625)

• Used for welding of nickel alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel and low alloy steel, mainly used for welding of 625, 601, 802 alloys and 9% nickel alloys

ERNiFeCr-1

• Used for welding the nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy (ASTM B 423 having UNS number N08825) to itself using the GTAW and GMAW processes

ERNiCrMo-4 (NO10276)

• Used for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy C276 itself, or welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy and steel and most other nickel-based alloys

Nickel and nickel alloy electrodes can be divided into five categories, namely industrial pure Ni, Ni-Cu, Ni-Cr-Fe, Ni-Mo and Ni-Cr-Mo. Each category can be divided into one or more types of electrodes. This type of electrode is mainly used for welding nickel or high-nickel alloys, and sometimes also used for welding or surfacing of dissimilar metals.

ERNiFeCr-2 (N07718)

• Used for welding alloys 718, 706 and X-750 Mainly used for welding high strength aircraft components and liquid rocket components involving cryogenic temperatures.

ERNiCr-3 (N06082)

• Used for welding nickel-chromium-iron alloys with Standards of ASTM B163, ASTMB 166,ASTM B167 and ASTM B168 such as alloy 600, 601 and 800 also welding of dissimilar steels between stainless steel and carbon steel ERNiCrFe-7

ERNiCrCoMo-1 (N06617)

ERNiCu-7 (N04400)

• Used for welding nickel-copper alloy (ASTM B 127, B 163, B 164, and B 165 having UNS number N04400) to itself using the GTAW, GMAW, SAW, and PAW processes. The welding wire contains sufficient titanium to control porosity with these welding processes.
